Ryan Eddleston

RYAN EDDLESTON is a fabulous new addition to Vision Artists' narrative division in particular, bringing with him award winning and nominated Feature Films, including premiere at Tribeca Film Festival – Dolly Wells’ GOOD POSTURE, BFI London Film Festival – Jessica Hynes’ THE FIGHT and two films at the Edinburgh Film Festival – Jamie Adams’ BALANCE NOT SYMMETRY and BITTERSWEET SYMPHONY. Ryan is also nominated for the BAFTA Cymru for his cinematography for THE FIGHT.

After graduating from Cardiff University in Journalism & Film, Ryan began his career shooting documentaries, and in 2014 was double nominated for his cinematography for AMERICAN INTERIOR and THE POET WHO LOVED THE WAR: IVOR GURNEY, winning the BAFTA Cymru for the latter. Ryan is adept at capturing unapologetically strong performances in often intimate and vulnerable environments, particularly with leading women. A talent that was evident in his work on Alice Lowe's directorial debut PREVENGE.
